TKR Vs STZ match Story

We already had a least anticipated result in the first game. Trinidad knight riders, who are hot favorites for the tournament, were plummeted in the very first game of the match against Zouks. TKR lost the toss and were sent in to bat. The trend of chasing after winning the toss  has been contagious, which was alluded in IPL. Sammy has not got any other thought to chase .TKR managed to score 162 with some late heroics from Darren Bravo ,He scored 63 in just 44 balls which has 4 sixes and 2 fours in it. Umar Akmal also had a decent outing with the bat, but clearly not comfortable behind the stumps.. Shane Watson was  the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets. He came back well after a forgettable final in the IPL. Though 162 was not a formidable total in Modern day cricket, it was par score at this ground

Chasing a modest total Zouks were in control through their innings. Only Instance where they might had jitters is when Charles was caught at slip by Brendon McCullumn. But, Miller showed enough temperament to finish the Innings. This inning would have instilled confidence in him after Disastrous IPL.
