Mumbai are back to winning ways after winning against RCB in last game at Whankade. No they will take lay against Delhi in away game. Will Rohit compensate his failures?
Rohit wasn’t able to convert his starts in to big ones this season. Despite his avg start in last game against RCB. MI’s Lowers order has responded well. Ishan Kishan and Surya Kumar Yadav has performed well ,but let the team down in persevere situation. For the time being they will hold on to their place. But MI has got too much power in the lower order. With their lower order Mumbai can be bit more aggressive. Alzari Joeeph is rested for the last game and his rest is likely to prolong. Malinga will hold his spot in his absence. Mumbai’s aim is to avenge their defeat at Whankade.
Delhi are looking a like strong contender for title after many season. They are sitting at number two position, Which could have surprised them as well. Still there could be scope for improvement. Replacing Ingram with Collin Munro seems to have worked. Munro bludgeoned the ball from ball one he faced, which indirectly reduced pressure on Shikhar Dhawan. But in contrast to MI, DC’s lower order seems very fragile. Rishab Pant reckless shorts in climax has costed them few games. Now he is not being selected for WC squad. He should focus to score runs.
