Aus Vs WI live score card, preview

Confident hosts taken on Champions

Hosts are confident after Friday night victory over South Africa and now West indies taken on the world champions on Sunday at providence.
Both Sunil Narine and Pollard who have been away from their national duties since long time played important role in West Indies victory over South Africa. Sunil Narine has picked 6 wickets for 27 runs which was his career best figures in one day internationals and also which restricted South Africa to low total of 188. Pollard have done exceptionally well with the bat. He came to bat in the difficult situation where West Indies are down by 4 for 76, he took his time and played cautiously but all the bad balls are smacked out of the park. Now similar kind of re-entry is expected by the Australian speed star Mitchel Strac who was also been away from the team because of the ankle injury.

Australia is in tremendous form they have won almost all the ODI series in the last year expect the one on Pakistan. They won their last ODI series against India in Australia by 4-1. Their only concern is bowling in that series, though they have won the series comfortably that is all because of their batsmen. Now Australian bowling spear head Mitchel Strac joined the squad now. And all the eyes on the young champ Adam Zampa, his performance in IPL was noteworthy, which strengthen the bowling. And coming to the batting department David Warner was the second highest leading scorer in the IPL, Finch have played his key role in Gujarat Lions success.  Now Glenn Maxwell and Marsh are recovered from the injuries and Fit. It will be interesting how Steve Smith men play against Sunil Narine.

Though Windies won against South Africa, it won’t be easy for them to beat Australia. It requires expectional performance from their batsmen to continue with their winning streak. On other hand Australia will look to start the season on winning note.

Windies won’t make much changes in their winning combination. Strac, Zampa, and Khawaja joined the Australian ODI squad.
