With the kind of form they are in ,It almost seems impossible to put brakes to them. No changes are expected from RCB end as they don’t want to tinker their winning combination for the last five games. Virat is on the brink of achieving a rare feat of scoing 1000 runs in a single tournament. Watson has been the most value added play for them in this tournament. He has been Phenomenal with the ball if not with the bat. RCB couldn’t have asked for better venue for the final. They have already won against SRH at this ground earlier in this season.

SRH
None would have expected SRH in the finals at the start of the tournament. Warner and his leadership skills are to attributed for SRH’s success. Mustafizur has been the find of this season so far. Now SRH are sweating about his availability before the match.Though they have managed to win the qualifier two without the help of him, they would like utilize his talent in the crunch game.

Only once  a side has  won both the eliminator and the second qualifier games in the IPL. Chennai Super Kings has done it 2012, but went down to Kolkata Knight Riders in the final. Now Sun Risers Hyderabad want to be second team to reach final in similar fashion. Faltered Lions take on confident Sun Risers Hyderabad in second qualifier, winner of this match will be facing RCB in the final at Bengaluru on Sunday. It will be interesting contest as Gujarat being best chaser as they won 8 matches while chasing out 10 and SRH are best at defending.

Expect for few hiccups Debutants Gujarat Lions performance in the entire tournament is quite consistent. They have not depended on one or two individuals to reach play offs, all their five batsmen are having 300+ runs in the tournament. Finch and McCullum are the devastating opening pair in this IPL edition, they can tear down any bowling attackand Gujarat Lions will be hoping that this pair will give good start once again. Suresh Raina is enjoying is Modest Success with the bat as he scored 398 runs in 14 matches but he is more successful as a captain. Dwayne Smith and Dinesh Kartik also been in good touch with bat. Gujarat Lions bowling looks strong with Dhawal Kulkarni, Dwayne Bravo who have been leading wicket takers, but also with decent economy rate for Gujarat and their other bowlers are good enough to support the team. Jakati is the only concern to the captain as SRH is having three left handed batsmen and his performance in the last match brought him under the spot light.

On the other hand SRH is quite opposite to GI, they have heavily dependent on their openers ,who did most of the scoring. Except those two none of them have shown an impact on the team performance though Yuvraj have given two match winning performances against Kings IX Punjab and in the eliminator match against Kolkata Knight Riders by scoring quick 40 runs. Ben Cutting and Henrique’s both are labelled as all-rounders but failed to impress with bat, but they did good with ball. Mustafizur Rahman is having best economy of 7.98 in death overs (16-20) till this juncture .Bhuvaneshwar Kumar is the purple cap holder of this edition of IPL, he was so consistent in taking wicket and excellent in the death overs. This bowling pair is doing wonders for sunrisers Hyderabad.

SRH have won the both league matches against Gujarat Lions, SRH is confident that they can repeat it. Unlike Bengaluru, FerozShah Kotla is slow track that is one of the concern for Gujarat Lions. It is slightly difficult to predict the Winner, But SRH is having better chances of winning than Gujarat Lions. And winning toss is very important as the pitch slows down in the second innings.

Eliminator
One of the four teams have secured a final berth. Now, its turn for one of them to exit. In the Eliminator one, Balanced KKR will play against David Warner’s SRH. SRH
Though started very poorly with two loses, They were in contention for the top spot till the last game they have Played. David Warner and Mustafizur are the main reasons for their Success. Playing at Feroz Shah Kotla is definitely to their advantage. They have got the best bowling line-up in the tournament.David Warner, Mustafizur, Moses Henrique’s are certain to play. It is a fight between Kane Williamson and Morgan for the fourth overseas spot. Feroz Shah kotla is supportive to spinners, But it takes lot of guts from SRh to play Karn Sharma after his last performance.

DD VS RCB Match Story

Not exciting by any means…No tense moments ..Net run ate is insignificant..IPL, which was very exciting over the past few months, has ended with a lackluster game. Both the matches on the final day of league stages happened one sided .Kolkata and RCB have grabbed the the available two berths. Kolkata win has indirectly ruined Mumbai’s chances for playoffs. Mumbai ended up on 5th position with fifth position. In the last game of league stage, RCB has defeated Delhi at Delhi home and picked up 2 points which helped them to be positioned in top two spots. They are the best in terms of Run rate. Sunrisers, Royal Challengers and Kolkata ended their campaign with 16 points, But RCB is positioned ahead of other two because of their Run rate.

Gujrat and Royal Challengers will face each other in qualifier on 24 the of this month at Bangalore. With the form they are in, RCB are the red hot favorites. Winner of this match will play final straight away. Loser of this match will get a get second chance to make to final against the winner of eliminator which is between Kolkata Night Riders and Sun Risers. RCB
With the Kind of form they are in, It seems impossible for them to lose two matches in a row. They recently Annihilated Gujarat against whom their first qualifier. This is definitely a morale booster for RCB and a demoralizer for Gujrat Lions. Their best chance is win Qualifier one as it will be held at their Home ground.
Gujrat Lions
Though they have ended up top in Debut season, They would loved to be in better in terms of points.Most of their loses came in the latter half of the tournament.
