Semi Final: England Vs Pakistan Live score, ICC champions trophy

Live Score Card

England are the only side in the tournament yet to taste a defeat. Other side is Pakistan recovered from a defeat in their very first game against India. Once again they have justified their tag Unpredictable. Sarfraz ,skipper of Pakistan, is the reason why Pakistan are in semis. He rescued the team from the verge of defeat. England and Pakistan are ready to face off each other on Wednesday.

History

England won 6 out 10 games in ICC events and hold the upper hand. England are playing at home, so they are the hot favorites for the match.

Ben stokes is the danger man for Pakistan

Stokes is the biggest threat to Pakistan at the moment. He rescued His team in the last league game against Australia with a timely century. In the bilateral series between England and Pakistan, which was held last year, England won by 4-1.

England and Pakistan has last played against each other in an ICC tournament is in 2003, Which was won by England.

This is a golden opportunity for Pakistan. They have not done great in recent years. They are the address to unpredictability. Their Bowling might match England, but their batting definetely doesn’t. Form of senior batsmen Hafeez, Malik are pushing them in to trouble. Their bowling strong enough with Mohammed Aamir, Hasan Ali and Junaid Khan. On their day, they can destroy any batting line up.

Destructive Batting, Quality bowling line-up, Filled with all round talent, England are definitely hot favourites for the title. It is a daunting task to defeat England in the current stage. All their players sublime form apart from Jason Roy. Still England management are persisting with him, May be because they don’t want to perturb their side. Sam Billings might occupy his place in today’s game.

Live coverage starts from 1450hrsIST

Predictions

England to win.

Babar Azam to top score in Pakistan’s Innings.

ICC Champions trophy:South Africa Vs India live score

India VS South Africa Preview Live score

Now, we have two virtual eliminators in group B. Only one among south Africa and India can enter knockout. Rain God is in favor of India. If match abandons in any case, India will process as they have better run rate. We all are aware about the love affairs between South Africa and between.
Unlike we expected before,India is facing bowling issues.Their batting really clicked. From Rohit to Pandya ,every body done their part. Yuvraj and Dhawan, who were not in great shape, were also instrumental when team needed them the most. Kohli might be pondering to  use Ashwin in the team.
The advantage for the team winning this game is they have to play Bangladesh in the semis. England and Bangladesh have qualified for the semis from the group A. England registered a hatrick win by defeating Australia in the final game of group A.Bangladesh entered the semis from the blessings of Rain God. They were in horrendous situation before the rain God arrived at Cardiff.
South Africa are definitely the stronger team in all areas.Their batting is strong with De villiers, Amla, Duminy, Miller. They can come back from any moment. Their only win the tournament also didn’t came easy though.
Virat Kohli feels that the team should score 20 runs more as it is crunch game.

Ball and Stokes wrecked Aussies

Australia Started strongly with fire works from Warner and Aron Finch. David Warner could not cobnvert his start. He has been a big disappointment for Australia. Finch and Smith Surpassed through Crucial overs. But their lower and middle order disappointed them with a disastrous shoe. Jake Ball and Liam Plunket restricted Aussies to under 280.

Nervous Start

England had a worst possible start. They lost three early wickets before the rain halted the match. After the rain break England was invicible. Stokes scored a century and ensured england finishes in top of teh table
